Rights and Permissions
Written permission to republish any parts of works owned by the American Society of Clinical
Oncology (ASCO) must be obtained prior to publication.
ASCO reserves the right to apply special licensing fees to requests for large quantities of
ASCO's copyrighted material, and to frequent requests from the same
publisher/organization.
Permission will normally be granted upon the requester's compliance with the following
terms and payment remittance (if applicable) to the American Society of Clinical Oncology
(ASCO). Please return a copy of the invoice with your payment (if applicable) and retain a
copy for your files.
For permission to reprint:
- One through 99 copies of JCO articles or Annual Meeting abstracts;
- Any number of figures, tables, or JCO abstracts;
- Material posted on www.plwc.org, www.asco.org, or www.jco.org; or
- Any other material copyrighted by ASCO.

Our standard permissions request turnaround time is 30 business days. If your request is
urgent, please note this on your form; a rush-processing fee of $50.00 will be added to the
permissions fee total. Permissions fees will be calculated based on the intended use and
